In addition to receiving a copy of the final report, participants are invited to a half day executive event where the results of the study are presented. These events also feature client presentations from CIOs talking about their outsourcing experience and journey.

European Report

Whitelane’s European report, published at the end of each year, combines the data from each of the individual country studies, evaluating more than 8,500 unique IT and cloud sourcing relationships. The European report includes rankings for general satisfaction by industry, contract size and country/region. We also produce industry sector reports for financial services and manufacturing.
